Great info, david but ....... IMHO it's way way too long for a source post. Think about having to page/scroll down through something of this length every time you go to the thread. How about a very short intro for the seminal post with a referring hot link to post #1 which would have this great summary, links and detail. Newbies to the thread could go directly to the hot link, and the cognioscente wouldn't get repetive stress injuries. Just a thought. Thanks for the work. - Patrick
