Paul, Good to see you back. "look for appointments first", are we looking for new personnel ie: Aids Doctor and other associated people, will the board be brought up to strength or maybe some of each Haven't had any concerns about the funds at this stage as you probably know plus I remembered your assuring us that money was not a problem. Since we can't look for a stockholder meeting soon, what kind of time frame can we expect? Isn't this a legal requirement for the corporation? Harold
