that's exactly what i told her, she has to be willing to walk out though she's told me she has had many a tense meeting with the CEO about the situation, telling him they are just setting her up to fail (on the cheap no less) she is director of licensing and really good at that job....i'm sure they don't want to 'lose' her abilities there,(if they were to promote her to VP) despite the fact that she's doing the VP's job...icing on the cake i'm sorry, i just don't believe a male counterpart would ever get this kind of treatment glass ceiling? you better believe it
