Yeah, I know. It is okay unless you do the perp walk and lose all appeals. Even then, it was only because they were gunning for you.

Watching DeLay wriggle around is pretty instructive. His defense of "the statute for money laundering mentions funds and we only used checks" is appalling insight into his so-called mind that, quite frankly, I was happy without glimpsing. While I oppose the death penalty, there are some people who should just be killed as soon as they identify themselves. This in so many ways says "rules are for the little people"...
