Listen, I accept responsibility for my investment decisions. But I also expect management to provide the appropriate guidance so that everyone can make an appropriate decision. McGinnis has obviously blind-sided shareholders once again like he did last quarter and apparently hasn't learned his lesson. These division reviews should have been happening in May when someone realized that MM Industra business was lagging.

In my eyes it is clear that someone knew something long before the public did and that kind of information was not disemminated in the company's Q's or K's. Are you telling me that a $2.4 million charge isn't worthy of a heads-up, if not an 8-K filing?? Come on now. And I have to believe that someone knew that this company was facing a negative earnings report but no one spoke up to notify the small fry investors.

But listen, I'm not the one who going to file a shareholder lawsuit. But if someone else does, I see no reason not to sign on. And it is the anger of many others who have seen their $12+ investment quartered over the past 10 months that this company must fear. You can say it makes you sick, but don't ignore the potential reality of its occurence.

Again, I believe insiders were buying stock today and will hopefully continue to do so. But I have to face the same conclusion that many others have already voiced since I got in this stock several months ago, and that the reality is McGinnis has been asleep at the wheel and has completely lost shareholder confidence. The only thing that will restore this is an outside entity/turn-around guru coming on board and taking him by the hand, or to the woodshed.

And you have to remember that I heard McGinnis present to an analyst conference back in May, 1996. I was very impressed at that time, but now we have a stock that is half the price that it was then and I have a fear that ECGOF clients may get hinky if they fear the company may be distracted with legal problems over this boon-doggle.

Thus, McGinnis needs to act and act in a VERY MAJOR way to restore confidence in shareholders.

Just my embittered opinion. The only way I will play ECGOF is with options as far out as I can go. And at 11/16 for Dec, 98 $5.0 calls, I don't exactly see much confidence being displayed in a quick turnaround.

Regards,

Ron
