At this stage the market is big enough for multiple successful players, but eventually the field will be narrowed down to a few. At this point the most likely winners are VIAD and PLUM. If VIAD hadn't mis-managed its finances it should have been the clear leader by now, but unfortunately they have limited amounts of cash left so they have to push towards profitability fairly soon, which could slow their growth. PLUM is IPOing at an ideal time, and will have a pile of cash just as the explosive growth stage arrives, and thus they should be an excellent position to take a commanding market share. I still think that VIAD is substantially undervalued, and I hope the new organizational structure helps them to get back on the fast growth path. Carl
