Looked at it. Crowdfunding for both residential and commercial real estate developments. The minimum is a $500 investment. Looks like another way to get into the RE sector without a lot of the headaches. Not sure what the yield is lately but I am keeping it on my list though as a "possible". The main difference between a Fundrise investment and a REIT investment is that with Fundrise you are investing directly into tangible commercial real estate whereas with a REIT you are investing in a corporation that in turn invests your money into real estate.
