I used to think I would make a good dictator. I know better now. Finally, I thought of something I got smarter at.
I'll take a gander at this dude tomorrow, and it'll take me a while, maybe a good long while, to study about what you said. I might have to learn a little more history to fathom such a ponderous question as "what is required of a society". I was just thinking, heck, we all human, that's our common thread. And along with being human comes the greed, the short-sightedness, and the sinfulness of our nature, so it just might take somebody like Ghandi to pull it off, and heck, he's going to get shot anyway. Like I said, thank you for giving me a real example and something to ponder. |
