TCK. Doug5y, if I were to ask, it'd be, what do you need to find out about TCK from your DD that you don't already know?

Ha, maybe the answer for me is that I'll find out within a year what I should have found out now. Maybe when it's too late.

My understanding - and I could be wrong here - is that TCK is family controlled. The fact they are willing to diversify and the way they seem to invest, indicates to me they are managing for the long term. I view that as a positive in the mining business. OTOH, if the stock is family controlled, one has to hope the management is competent in assessing new business risks, and the family's interests are somewhat aligned with the small investor's. Since there's no white knight to come in and rescue stockholders from misfeasance/malfeasance.
