Boris: How are you defining "medical negligence"? How about from a medical/legal standpoint? Back in the early 1980s, little info was available on the transmission of HIV and Elisa/Western Blot testing was not available. I personally knew Arthur Ashe and I would think that he would have taken afront to your statements. Do you know if he filed/won a medical malpractice suit? If you are not a physician or attorney, then I suggest that you be reasonably careful with your choice of words, including "manmade" (what does this mean?).
