J, Thanks. I live in Charlotte. Just curious if it is the same firm I use. Will use the site you recommended. Regarding your post to Jeff, and the use of a local firm, it is possible to be both local and national. All the big boys have a local office, and many local offices can do the number for ALYD. If I may put a plug in for my home town, Charlotte has become a financial center, with some of the largest banks in the nation, and the services to support them, including CPA firms. I use the firm of Dewey, Cheatum, & Howell, LLC. DMM
