Tech2000,
Can you predict how many shares you will end up with in Jan of year 2002 if you buy 50 long term calls ( Leaps) since 1994 every year, and you bought the most far out of money leaps every year , say , bought 1996 far out of money leaps in June of 1994 when the leaps was
first open for trading, 1997 leaps in 1995 ...etc, of course you should factor in the split, and exercise all your leaps when expired and never sell a single share to have the tax effect hurt you .

The beauty is split after split for this growing stock, your holding base in expanding significantly year after year, and to some extend ,
the daily fluctuation in price will cause million dollars of up and down fluctuation in your valuation. This is the beauty of buy and hold and never sell . Trading , you can make some profit , but not
the profit you can make a killing of the market !!!!
