This company uses 84 million dollars of its assets to make sales of 96 million dollars. Its EPS is erratic (from $ 1.08 in dec. 95 to 5 cents in Dec. 96, see page 33 of Annual Report). Bramson is almost a part-time CEO, and has other interests. After messsing around with high cost low volume products, he wants to go opposite and make high volume items his prioroty to" richly reward us". This is a standard profile of a boy showing us a pie in the sky. He does not care if he makes money or not as long as he can use our money to invent new gadgets to satisfy his curiosity, and to show off to his friends and family. We as agroup can discover more of their shortcommoings, and pass a resolution on this post. Then we must take a vote amongst us for the proxy. He does read this post (Annual Report pg. 5). My vote would be " fuck you Bramson, you are a conman and a fraud.
