So an "anonymous" source said that there may have been 12 "alleged irregularities" in a national election in a highly volatile and violent country? Where did it say "12" in the article? I only saw "well into the double figures" which could be 12 or 99. Making it up again as you go along Elroy? This is not one of your high school games you know.
