A friend of mine pointed out that for the general public, the fiber optic system won't make too much difference if they are still using copper at the home. I have been looking at MFNX, that are installing fiber optic trunks in the cities. It has had quite a run this year, up over 700%. But they may have something going and there may be money to be made over where they are at now.

Anyway, just an idea.
