AGNC got whipsawed pretty hard today, even though it recovered a bit off the lows. These things will be volatile, including IVR. Market is getting pretty sloppy again with oil prices getting back near $100 and the VIX below 15. I think it makes sense to start raising a little more cash into this rally since no one has any idea how the debt ceiling will work out.
