PROMARK ANNOUNCES SECOND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
WITH NETSALES
REDMOND, Washington--June 3, 1998--Promark Software Inc. (PRMKF-OTCBB;
PRW-VSE) announced today that it had entered into a Distribution Agreement
with one of the oldest and most successful Internet trading companies,
NetSales.
Founded in August of 1995, NetSales provides a full suite of solutions and
services in electronic software distribution (ESD) and electronic commerce
(EC). The NetSales organization is comprised of industry professionals who
have extensive experience in ESD, EC strategy development, and interactive
direct marketing.
Fifteen of Promark's edutainment software products, currently available on
the Company's website, will now be added to the shelves of over 60 virtual
stores with a combined monthly traffic flow exceeding 25,000,000 visitors.
This agreement combined with the agreement signed last week with Digital
River will place Promark's products in over 260 virtual stores with a
monthly traffic flow exceeding 55,000,000 visitors.
Promark's edutainment products have won three major awards, The Parents'
Choice Honors Award, Parents Magazine's Golden Mouse Award and Media & Methods'
Award Portfolio and been featured in a number of popular magazines.
