Duncan, Rukheyser is no conspirator. Syquest may be delisted because it's net assets are below 1 million. They are going to chapter 11, didn't even show up at COMDEX. Only if they are bought out will they survive. So, this expert said Syquest was a threat? That blows his credibility. Seagate or someone else may try to compete with jaz or even zip. If they can get around the patents, I'm sure they can make some "me too" EZ-135 like product. But, it's just too little too late. Critical mass has been or will have been achieved by the time the molasses drips forth.
