The universe is teaming with life. Recent revelations of science all point to the fact that the ingredients for biological life are not so uncommon. Try not to step on it while you are out there.

An admirable question, Justin. John Galt finds the good Father's response quite adequate. Let the Galt emphasize however that the
question to statist government's involvement is not to what degree they can aide in space exploration, but to what extent they will prevent it.

Private enterprise will be the primary builders in space and lead its' further exploration. To the extent that a collaborative effort is required does not require government. When the great railroads were
laid across the expanse of this country, it were free men, daring men
of entrepenurial spirit that were the catalyst in building it...not
a goverment plan. It shall be the same for space. Collaboration on
this movement will become automatic once the minds of men generally know space is within their reach.
