TXB has been moving in anticipation of this for a month (mid 4's to 6). So some profit taking at this point should be expected. Now we must wait for brokerage houses (like Lehman) to push the stock to their clients. Then, new houses will come in and push. IMHO, the contract is great. TXB will take off. But, day to day, it's a struggle.
