CBQI is amazing 1500 goes off at 14 with it locked at 13.75 and then boom the trades are going off at the ask and they are walking it down. NITE is taking it down on the ask. Trades going off at the ask and this OTC is not suppose to be manipulated. YEAH RIGHT Gary
