Mark: thanks for the compliment. I have never had this type of experience owning a stock long, but I have often shorted a stock I was "sure" was overvalued, only to have it rise 25, 50 or even 100% or more. 90% of the time I was right (though often lacked the guts or margin to see it through). I am far less concerned about CHPS since it is still a good company with or without the merger-INTC obviously thinks so. Unless the FTC is charting an aggressive new course it should be a moot issue. Either way, we should know something by next week.
