Hi Joshi: Planned restructuring charges pre_announced do not usually provoke a downward revision of an original rating. CS is expected to make 11c this Q. I would like to put to rest this nagging question about productivity at Cabletron. My little research, which I have posted ,need substantiation and confirmation. If we can establish that all ratios for CS as a Company are right in line with the others, then valuation is made easier. I know that U.S Robotics and Cascade were bought out at $6.6b and $3b resp and so a valuation of CS is feasible.
