Just a few comments. Goodrich has been in on a lot of Silicon Valley IPO's, they are sort of "name" lawyers in that arena. Hart is a VC and I believe his company, Technology Partners, held a significant chunk of TRMB at the time of IPO. I can't remember exactly how large, and my IPO red-herring is buried, but possibly even more than Charlie's block. So even though Hart may not show many shares in his name, he may still be responsible for a large block. Parkinson was involved in the development of GPS and is something of a "name" in that sense himself. Not a defense on how well they've done their job, but to provide perspective on who they are and why they might be on the board in the first place.
