Your guess is as good as mine. Personally, I still hold some CYMI but substantilly reduced my position last week. The real issue is how long it will take to get mass production of chips at 0.18 micron, and whether Cymer will be able to maintain it's head start over this long a period. The news today is just noise, but the above long term issues remain.
