BTW I looked through 4 articles about the reasons why S.FLA's housing market is booming. Not one said anything about the Clinton tax breaks. Having said that, not one gave even a reasonable explanation for the boom. You have an opportunity here........figure out the truth and then take advantage of it. It looks to me like your peers in PB are wandering in the desert. One last comment........the tales of woes.......I have heard them all before........back in the late 1980s in CA. The reality......read the article from your so called "NY Slimes" that I posted to you this AM to get the real truth.
