BB: I notice that the extremes cited in this report do not mark significant turning points in the market, as far as I can remember. I've monitored IIA data for a several years, and I find that extremes in sentiment from that source more closely correlate with the turns we have seen. (i.e., 7/98, 10/98, 7/99). Wish I could find an up to date on-line source for those numbers, particularly with historical charts. regards, jw
