CSRV is NOT AOL's "biggest competitor"

CSRV last October announced withdrawl from the mass market
and did not follow AOL with flat rate.

Amazingly, between the October announcement and 1/31 (CSRV's
latest Quarter) CiS US customers went only from 1.794m to
1.654m IOW, seems like most of the CiS subs who would go to
AOL already have. Thus, it is not at all clear how many of those
remaining would stay under a `forced' move. Many, if not most
likely would go elsewhere (if only to avoid an @aol.com address).
