Here is a little food for thought.

The 45 day holding period for the December 23, 1997, 8-K filing for $175,000 (pre-split) of committed convertible debentures ends on Friday, February 6.

The 45 day holding period for the January 6, 1998, 8-K filing for $312,500 (pre-split) of committed convertible debentures ends on Friday, February 20.

Anyone care to speculate on whether or not there will be significant selling on or after Monday, February 9 and Monday, February 23?
