I have a chance to dig out some numbers over the weekend.
Here's what I got from CBS Market Guide:

EPS: 0.53 (from previous 4Qs, I guess). That would make
a P/E of 54.6.

And here's the earnings from previous 4Q:

4Q96 = 0.32
1Q97 = -0.88
2Q97 = -0.26
3Q97 = 0.20

There must be some related charges for 1Q97 & 2Q97 (such as the
acquisition of CSCC).

With a projected earning growth of about < 15%, I hardly see
ASND stays above 30 w/out takeover rumors.
