What I think they (the electors) should do is vote in the guy who won the popular vote. They can do that but only with the threat of being jailed because they did not vote with the party they were supposed too.

This is why the Electors themselves (but not the Electoral College) need to be done away with. Directly count the votes allocated to the State instead of doing it indirectly through the Electors. Electors are people and are subject to coercion. You can be sure that the Clinton Minions are digging for dirt on every one of them.
