OILEX FILES YET ANOTHER DEBENTURE WITH SEC Oilex filed this morning yet another 8-K document to the SEC reporting yet another debenture. This debenture was initiated on December 5, 1997 in the amount of $187,500 being sold at 80% of the face value. Conversion is again at 80% anytime after 45 days and before one year from date of closing. Commission paid of 10% plus a 2% unaccountable expense allowance.
