We are going to do this with whoever uses a wmd against us...and whoever provides it and anyone else we believe is involved.

It's "Bambi meets Godzilla" to use a Nuke on a Terrorist group. Anything we need to do will be better done conventionally. The only other suggestion would be NK, and I don't believe we would do it there either.

But in any case, mine is a "pipe dream" position as of now. So we will continue to spend Billions to build and maintain Nuke devices I am convinced we would never use.
