Bought a few shares of very thinly-traded MOCO today. Mocon has been consistently profitable, and I like its profit margins. After years of being in the $8-9 range, the stock in the past six months has made a decent move. It's now dropping back down, apparently. finance.yahoo.com At one point a couple years back this stock was recommended by oldtimer and growth newsletter writer Charles Allmon. I hadn't heard from this guy for a while and don't know if he currently recommends the stock. As I Google his name now, I come across this interesting article about him: marketwatch.com He recommends GSK and HBC, both of which I have. He also recommends NEM. I'll look at that one.
