Bear, Bear, Bear, means time to buy. All we need now is a newsweek cover talking about the great recession to confirm. Once again market indicators (arms and ticks) are signaling a major bottom. Question is, will we really blow them out and capitulate (a third time). Either way, should be buying here, not selling.
