mike, i knew it was an angukar problem. the funny thing is that david apparently does not understand that you can't just subtract costs from muei without subtracting the corresponding revenue that those costs generate. since dave doesn't know that muei is a seperate company that does file its own 10q apart from mu, i'll do the due dilly and report back to him promptly ;-)
