Disney/ABC/Starwave(ESPNnet among others) are content powerhouse against which AOL must compete in creation of `killer content'. (AOL gets full freight on ads only on stuff it owns). Looks to me more like the combined forces of the Internet legions are starting to eat AOL's content lunch.
