John McCain doesn’t want you to know this, but…
• April 26, 2008 - michellemalkin.com

…the Reverend Jeremiah Wright is speaking tomorrow in Detroit, at the NAACP’s 53rd Annual Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner in the Cobo Conference Center downtown. The evening’s theme? “A Change is Going to Come.”

Will we get mild, meek, victimized Reverend Wright reprising “Don’t Know Why They Treat Me So Bad“?

Or will this vast, sympathetic audience provoke his old radical stirrings? Will the chickens…come home to roost?

Either way, of course, mentioning that Obama’s spiritual adviser of twenty years is an America-damning radical is not helpful. John McCain and the New York Times told me so, so it must be true.

I’m not sure which networks are carrying it, but CNN is involved in the event:

This year we are also pleased to have a special participation by the news outlet CNN, as they share with our community a special documentary entitled, “Black in America.” Ms. Soledad O’Brien, along with other representatives of CNN will attend our dinner for a special presentation.
P.S. Is there really a blues song by that name? Google doesn’t seem to know one. It is a line in Tina Turner’s “Take Me To The River”, but the other google hits are conservative blogs talking about Wright.
