re: At the same time, if we do crack down there will be some major economic dislocation in the states most affected by illegals and their services. If the crackdown were done too quickly, I would not be surprised if it threw California into recession. I doubt it. In the end, cheap labor isn't a good thing, it's a bad thing for this country.
