Since you use "or" in the above, your comment is just repeating the news of the past several days. On Panretin the advisory committee voted 8-1 to approve. Nine days later the FDA issued an "approvable letter". LGND issued a press release indicating that they were aiming for final approval this month. Robinson then held a conference call and each questioner congratulated him on the "approvable letter". He then outlined the minor details (expiration date and label) that needed to be resolved, and again indicated that he expected approval by the end of the year. At BBRS he again indicated approval this month. At the BBRS conference call this morning, they indicated that BOTH ONTAK and Panretin were on track for approval this month and they printed the same in their Biotech report. I believe that the series of reiterated BUYs that came out after the approvable letter also indicated final approval this month. You then claim that the price rise of the past couple of days is driven by inside info leaked by DR to his "friends"!!! Pretty strong accusations. Are you now implying that all or most price rises that preceded news in the past were also DR leaks to friends???? Sounds like your accusations are getting stronger, but it looks to me like you are digging a deeper hole. What is this pattern that you see and why do you think that its caused by DR leaking inside info to friends? As far as Yahoo is concerned, "they" looks much more like "he" to me.
