Ken,

I suspect that the event was so widely expected that most of selling came from short term players. My guess is that the stock starts to run from here. The SKB deal validates Novastan as a viable drug.

Now, I would guess in the next day or so, Lehman will issue a new research report/note on TXB. Sooner or later another major firm will pick up coverage.
