Do you have a message on the board about the time that one is contagious before showing signs of the Swine Flu.

Contagious before symptoms

Durations of the flu

and

Contagious afterwards

Also, can this Swine flu be transmitted via items cooked by another person who is in the contagious period before the cook shows signs of the flu?
