Oil news could help DOW. Refinery concerns with gasoline refiners running at such high capacity levels. Of note, a fire at British Petroleum's Yorktown, Virginia refinery cut production runs yesterday. Separately, storms in the Gulf of Mexico have been delaying tanker unloads which is a dynamic that may weigh on next week's API data.could hold up DOW.
