Sure it will. If it doesn't revert to a stem cell or go cancerous, it only divides a certain number of times. Anyone with a minimum amount of biology knows that.

So yes, if a hair follicle keeps dividing it will turn into a clone because it is genetically identical, and, because it is still dividing it has, somehow, reverted to a stem cell.
