Paul: Because \people that were formerly insiders and are no longer with the company (as would be the case for the Cascade management team members that did not stay) are not subject to the company's trading window anymore but will typically still file a 144 as a precaution. Filing a 144 costs nothing, so why not do it if it can prevent SEC headaches? Eric
