OT - The technology is fine ... it's the humans working it that need fixing. I switched to an Internet bank ... I love it. Bank of Montreal tellers were the worst! You think you have problems, you haven't seen anything till you've been a customer of theirs.

But mbanx which is a Bank of Montreal company too is amazing. Open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, friendly people if you need to talk to a human. Try it.
