So I think it was me that nailed it? :^) I think the place where onepath is going wrong is where he states: <<tyke states..."one warrant plus 3.75 will buy .42 shares (point 42) of IMG." ...which works out to $8.93 as well on strike price.>> What this means is that it takes 2.38 warrants plus $8.93 to buy one share. So, with IMG at $10.98, IMG.WT is worth (10.98 - 8.93) / 2.38 = $0.86. Hope we can put this one to rest! Thanks to you and onepath for the discussion. :^) Best regards, Howy
