I went for a little TDF yesterday. At a discount to NAV, I can't say if the gap will narrow, however I do believe that NAV is going up, so it looks reasonable. If your bullish on the China ADR's like CHL and others, it could be a good way to participate with about 60% in China and 40% in other foreigns.

Whittling down thru the links will get you to the 100% allocation in a pdf file.
