MAY 5, 1999, M2 Communications - Novell UK today gave details of a major sponsorship arrangement with The National Criminal Intelligence Service (NCIS) for the publication of NCIS's Trawler Report, the long-awaited strategic criminal assessment on Internet and computer crime.
Novell UK today gave details of a major sponsorship arrangement with The National Criminal Intelligence Service (NCIS) for the publication of NCIS's Trawler Report, the long-awaited strategic criminal assessment on Internet and computer crime. The report will be available on 9th June, 1999.
The agreement, set up between Mark Steels, head of corporate communications at NCIS and Martin Smith, Novell licensing manager for EMEA, allows for the publication of an unclassified version of the report in addition to the restricted document aimed at law enforcement practitioners.

Announcing the deal at today's 25th European Heads of National Drugs Services Conference being hosted by NCIS in Edinburgh, Mark Steels said: "This is an excellent opportunity for us.
