Brian, I agree this matter needs to be cleared up - and I hope it can be by email or a phone call to the company. If you are the designated caller from SI, please do. I called a couple of times for the RB board. If you aren't calling let me know and I can tomorrow. Dave Gore's comment that he had heard from MRPS that CTRL had reversed engineered an earlier version of the MRPS device also gave me pause regarding what patent MRPS in fact does have pending. They say in the pr release that only the "signature sound" methodology is patent-pending (software?). And if someone can legally reverse engineer one device, why not the current one? Anyway, I'll stop the speculation on my part for now. It is Sunday afternoon! We hopefully will clear this up re trademarks, patents and comparison products. What matters I guess is that Ford, GM, et.al. did choose MRPS not CTRL!
